Leadnet LLC provides lead reactivation, appointment booking, and campaign automation services (“Services”). This includes:
Intake & data preparation.
Campaign setup (SMS, email, CRM integration).
Appointment routing and tracking via dashboards.
End-of-month performance review.
KPIs will be agreed at kickoff (e.g., booked calls, estimated policy closures).
Tracked metrics: Leads Contacted → Replies → Booked Calls → Closed Opportunities.
While we apply proven best practices, we do not guarantee specific revenue, close rates, or commissions.
Clients must:
Provide accurate lead lists, CRM access, and appointment calendar credentials.
Ensure leads were lawfully acquired and comply with consent/opt-in requirements.
Remain solely responsible for sales, underwriting, and policy issuance.
Clients receive access to a branded dashboard.
Hot lead alerts are routed in real-time via SMS, email, or Slack (as agreed).
End-of-month review calls summarize ROI and campaign performance.
Fees are agreed upon prior to kickoff and payable per invoice schedule.
Services are non-refundable once delivered, as resources are allocated upfront.
Leadnet LLC complies with relevant laws (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR where applicable).
Clients are responsible for compliance with their industry regulations (insurance licensing, data privacy, etc.).
Leadnet LLC does not sell, underwrite, or issue policies.
Leadnet LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Maximum liability is limited to fees paid by the client in the last 30 days.
Either party may terminate with 14 days’ written notice.
All outstanding invoices remain payable.
